In February, we are going to continue to pick up where we left off in the gospel of Mark. We are calling the series "CROSS examination" because this second half of Mark's account focuses primarily on the most important event in the life of Jesus Christ - his death and resurrection. We'll be looking at this most profound, cosmos-altering act of love. We'll be following Jesus on his journey to the cross, discovering its relevance to us, thousands of years later, looking at why he gave his life for us and why he invites us to lay down our lives for others.
